Privacy Policy

The Short Version. PromptMeGood is local-first by default. The free tier requires no account and stores your prompts in your browser. If you buy Founding Member access or enable account storage, you create an account and a small profile (email, plan, Stripe customer ID) is stored on our servers. We never sell your data, never share it with advertisers, and never use your inputs to train AI models. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see your card details.

What Stays On Your Device (Free Tier). Your prompts, history, templates, Photography Suite picks, daily counters, theme, and other settings are stored locally on your device using your browser's localStorage.

What Gets Sent To AI Providers. When you use Fix My Prompt, Run With AI, Help Me Start, Need Ideas, file analysis, the Photography Suite → Send To Image Generator pipeline, or Generate Image (gpt-image-1), your text, photo-suite picks, and any uploaded file are sent securely over HTTPS to our AI service providers (such as OpenAI). We do not retain this beyond what is required to return your result. Don't submit anything sensitive you are not comfortable having processed by AI providers.

Accounts & Payments. Authentication is handled by Supabase. Payments are processed by Stripe under their own privacy policy. We store only what we need to attach your plan to your account: email, plan status, Supabase user ID, and (if you've paid) a Stripe customer ID.

What We Never Do. We do not sell your data. We do not share your prompts, files, photo briefs, vault contents, or images with advertisers. We do not run third-party advertising. We do not train AI models on your data.

Pseudonymous Analytics. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand de-identified usage patterns (clicks, scroll, frustration signals). Clarity masks form fields, so the contents of your prompts are not captured. Opt out at privacy.microsoft.com.

Your Rights (GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA). You have rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. We do not sell or share personal information. Email support@promptmegood.com to exercise any right or to request account deletion.

You're In Control. Export, import, or clear your saved data any time from the Prompt Vault section. Clearing your browser storage removes everything PromptMeGood has saved on your device.

The Service. PromptMeGood is an AI prompt workstation: a structured prompt builder, photography prompt suite, and image generator (gpt-image-1). There is a free tier with daily limits (currently 2 Run With AI (GPT-4.1-mini), 1 image generation, and 1 file analysis per day, plus a 7-day boosted trial for new visitors at 6/3/2 per day), plus a one-time Founding Member ($79, first 500, price locked) plan that unlocks lifetime access to core features (while PromptMeGood operates) with higher daily caps: 15 Run With AI on full GPT-4.1, 8 image generations, 3 video generations, and 5 file analyses per day. The Founding Member offer ends July 1 or at 500 founding members, whichever comes first. Pro Monthly ($14/month) and Pro Yearly ($129/year) launch July 1, 2026 at 25/12/8 per day with 5 videos, plus a Pro Studio tier ($29/month or $290/year) for heavy users at 75/30/20 per day with 10 videos. Fair use limits apply to all paid tiers.

As-Is, No Warranty. PromptMeGood is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or that it will meet your specific needs. Generated prompts, responses, and images are suggestions only — you are responsible for how you use them and for any decisions you make based on AI output.

Acceptable Use. Don't use the service for anything illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others — including child sexual abuse material, terrorism, deepfakes of real people without consent, or anything that violates the policies of our underlying AI providers (such as the OpenAI Usage Policies).

AI Content & Generated Images. AI features (Fix My Prompt, Run With AI, Help Me Start, Need Ideas, Photography Suite pipeline, file analysis, image generation) route your input to third-party AI providers. Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate. You own the prompts you write and the outputs you generate, subject to OpenAI's content policies for gpt-image-1 generations. Review all output before relying on it or sharing it.

Privacy. Your use is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Payments & Refunds. Founding Member is a one-time $79 charge processed by Stripe — refundable within 14 days of purchase if you have not used more than $5 worth of AI generations. The Founding Member offer ends July 1 or at 500 founding members, whichever comes first. Pro Monthly ($14/month), Pro Yearly ($129/year), and Pro Studio ($29/month or $290/year) launch July 1, 2026 and are non-refundable for the current billing period after it begins, but you can cancel future renewals any time. Limitation Of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptMeGood is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you have paid in the prior 12 months or USD $50.

Changes. We may update or change features at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
