How to help us help you faster
- Bugs: tell us your browser, device, and the steps you took right before the issue. A screenshot or short screen recording is gold.
- Billing: use the email you checked out with and include the date of purchase. We never ask for card details over email.
- Privacy / data deletion: send the email tied to your account so we can verify and act on the request.
