Terms of Service

1. The service

PromptMeGood is a browser-based AI prompt workstation with three inline panels — Text Prompts, Photography, and Video — plus the Image Workshop photo enhancer (gpt-image-1), the Reverse Engine image-to-prompt analyzer (GPT-4.1 vision), the 5-shot Storyboard generator, the Prompt DNA Card exporter, the Growth Mode marketing drawer (Brand Voice, Social Packs, Platform Builder), the Prompt Vault, and the Expert Command Center (Diagnose, Engineer, Tune, Variations, Save). During the open beta (through July 1, 2026) all features are free for everyone. After July 1, 2026 the Expert Command Center, Growth Mode drawer, Image Workshop, Reverse Engine, Prompt DNA Card, and Storyboard Generator become paid features on Founding Member / Pro / Pro Studio plans, with daily caps applying to the metered ones (Reverse Engine: 1 Free / 5 Founding / 8 Pro per day; Storyboard: 1 Free / 5 Founding / 5 Pro per day). The free tier always has small daily caps on AI features (currently 2 Run With AI executions on GPT-4.1-mini, 1 image generation, and 1 file analysis per day, subject to change). Paid plans — Founding Member ($79 one-time, first 500 buyers, price locked for life), Pro ($14/mo or $129/yr at launch), and Pro Studio ($29/mo or $290/yr at launch, for heavy users) — unlock the Expert Command Center and the other paid power features, run on the full GPT-4.1 model, and have higher daily caps.

2. As-is, no warranty

PromptMeGood is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or that the service will meet your specific needs. Generated prompts and outputs are suggestions only; you are responsible for how you use them and for any decisions you make based on AI tool responses.

3. Accounts

An account is optional. You only need one to (a) buy Founding Member, (b) subscribe to Pro Monthly or Pro Yearly, or (c) opt into account-backed Vault storage. Authentication is provided by Supabase. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@promptmegood.com; deletion does not by itself entitle you to a refund (see §7).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PromptMeGood to generate, request, or transmit content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
  • Promotes violence, self-harm, child sexual abuse material, or terrorism.
  • Contains malware, phishing, or attempts to compromise the security of the service.
  • Impersonates real people without consent, or generates sexual or deceptive deepfakes of real people.
  • Violates the usage policies of our underlying AI providers (such as the OpenAI Usage Policies) — those policies apply to anything you submit through PromptMeGood in addition to these terms.
  • Attempts to circumvent the daily free-tier limits, paid-tier gating, or any other technical restrictions of the service (for example, scripting, multi-account abuse, or sharing paid credentials).

We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access for any user who appears to be abusing the service.

5. AI content, image generation, photo enhancement & video generation

AI features — Generate My Prompt, Run With AI, Auto-Tune, Auto-Boost, the Photography Suite (Style, Camera & Lens, Camera Angle, Lighting & Mood, Composition, Color Palette) and its Build Image Prompt → Generate Image pipeline (gpt-image-1), the Image Workshop photo enhancer (gpt-image-1), the Reverse Engine image-to-prompt analyzer (GPT-4.1 vision), the Video panel's Build Video Prompt → Generate Video pipeline, and the 5-shot Storyboard generator — route your input to third-party AI providers (currently OpenAI). Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing all AI output before relying on it, publishing it, or sharing it. Generated images and videos are subject to the content policies of the underlying provider; requests that violate those policies will be rejected.

6. File uploads, your content & ownership

When you upload a file or reference image — for the Image Workshop, the Reverse Engine, or any analysis feature — you confirm that you have the right to share its contents and that it does not contain confidential personal information of others, regulated health or financial data, or material protected by laws you don't have permission to disclose. Uploaded files are sent to our AI provider to process the request and are not retained on our servers beyond what is needed to return a result. You retain ownership of the prompts you write and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and the terms of our underlying AI providers, the AI outputs, images, and videos you generate. AI-generated content may not qualify for copyright protection under the laws of some jurisdictions (for example, U.S. Copyright Office guidance), and similar prompts can produce visually similar outputs for other users — we make no exclusivity, originality, or copyrightability guarantees. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs strictly to operate the service. We do not claim ownership of your prompts or generated outputs, and we do not use your inputs to train AI models.

7. Payments, plans & refunds

  • Free tier. No payment information required. Daily limits apply to AI features as described in §1 and may change.
  • Founding Member ($79, one-time, price locked for life). A single payment that grants lifetime access to core features for the account that purchased it, including the Expert Command Center and higher daily caps (15 Run With AI on full GPT-4.1, 8 image generations, 3 video generations, and 5 file analyses per day). Limited to the first 500 buyers. There is no recurring billing. "Lifetime" means access to core features for as long as PromptMeGood operates; we do not guarantee the service will exist forever, do not promise that every future Pro feature will be included, and are not liable for refunds if the service is discontinued for reasons outside our reasonable control. We may adjust the published daily caps over time to keep the service sustainable, with email notice before any change takes effect. Fair use limits apply.
  • Pro Monthly ($14/month) and Pro Yearly ($129/year). Recurring subscriptions that include the Expert Command Center plus higher daily caps (25 Run With AI on full GPT-4.1, 12 image generations, 5 video generations, and 8 file analyses per day). You authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method each billing cycle until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account settings or by emailing support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Fair use limits apply.
  • Pro Studio ($29/month or $290/year). A higher-tier recurring subscription for heavy users — agencies, marketers, and daily power users — that includes everything in Pro plus higher daily caps (75 Run With AI, 30 image generations, 10 video generations, and 20 file analyses per day) and priority queue when servers are busy. Same cancellation terms as Pro. Fair use limits apply.
  • Refund policy. Founding Member purchases are refundable within 14 days of purchase if you have not used more than $5 worth of AI generations during that window (we reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse). Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly, and Pro Studio subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period after the period has begun, but you can cancel future renewals at any time.   • Taxes. Prices listed are exclusive of any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST, which may be added at checkout based on your billing location.
  • Price changes. We may change the price of the Pro plans with at least 30 days' notice; changes will not affect the period you have already paid for. The Founding Member price ($79 one-time) is locked for life for anyone who has already purchased it.
  • Payment processor. All payments are processed by Stripe under their Services Agreement. Their terms apply to anything they collect or process.

8. Privacy

Your use of PromptMeGood is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what is stored locally on your device, what is stored on our servers (for signed-in users), what is sent to AI providers, how Stripe payments work, and how pseudonymous analytics (Microsoft Clarity) are collected.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptMeGood and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any direct damages is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you have actually paid to PromptMeGood in the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Changes to the service

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. For material changes that reduce the value of a paid plan you currently hold, we will give reasonable advance notice and, where required, a pro-rata refund. Continued use of the site after a change to these terms means you accept the updated terms.

11. Termination

You can stop using PromptMeGood at any time, clear your local data from the Vault drawer, cancel a subscription, or request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms; in cases of serious or repeated abuse we may do so without refund.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PromptMeGood and its operators from any third-party claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your submitted content, or your violation of these terms or any applicable law.

13. Copyright & intellectual-property complaints

If you believe content generated, displayed, or transmitted through PromptMeGood infringes a copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property right, please email support@promptmegood.com with: (a) your contact details, (b) a description of the work you believe is infringed, (c) the URL or specific location of the alleged infringement, (d) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf. We will review and respond to valid notices in a reasonable timeframe.

14. Governing law & venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where state law applies, the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the service or these terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If you access PromptMeGood from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
